About the motorcycle
Design and Styling
The front of the bike sports a twin cluster headlight. The round lights are enclosed a visor is extending in the middle. Swingarm and front forks are painted in gold for a smoother appeal.
Twin exhaust design is also distinctive. LED taillights are arrow-shaped and the grab rails are placed nicely for a comfortable riding experience to both rider and pillion. A chiseled wind deflector and a muscular fuel tank are some of the additional distinctive features.
Suspension
The suspension duties of bike rely on upside-down forks at the front. The rear side gets mono-shock suspension. Ground clearance stands at 173.5 mm and the bike weighs 165 kg. Even at high speeds, the bike seems stable and within control.
Braking
In terms of braking on Mahindra Mojo 300, the bike gets a front disc brake of 320mm. the rear also comes with a 240mm unit. The specs are in line with providing a safe and comfortable riding experience on all kinds of roads.
Engine and Gearbox
Mahindra Mojo 300 is powered by a 295cc, fuel-injected, liquid-cooled engine with Bosch ECU. The engine can produce a power of 26.82 bhp at a peak torque of 30 Nm at 5,500 rpm. The gearbox is mated to a six-speed gearbox. Given the amount of torque, Mahindra Moto should provide a satisfactory riding experience on all kinds of terrain. The company claims for the bike to reach a top speed of 155 km per hour. The fuel tank capacity is 21 L but can be increased by mounting Jerry Can – 5 Litres by LLUVIA industries.
Instrumentation
The display on Mahindra Mojo 300 is lit in blue and it houses various kinds of instruments such as a speedometer, odometer, fuel indicator, and a trip-meter. There’s a speed indicator and also a top speed recorder. The digital display is kept to the right while the analog tachometer is placed on the left.
